A bet is only confirmed and binding once xo3bet has issued a confirmation reference number to the player. bets that do not receive a confirmation reference — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or market suspension — are not valid and will not be settled. xo3bet reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error.
In the event that odds are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction that results in a material misrepresentation of the true market odds, xo3bet reserves the right to void all bets placed on those odds and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. xo3bet will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify such errors promptly.
